PXM CrossFit

Since joining PXM (and before EWCF) a little over two years ago, I have lost 100 pounds. More importantly, I've gained strength and improved my health - I've lost weight before, but this is the first time I felt a mental change AND a physical change (beyond just watching the scale go down).

I started Foundations class in 2015 with the first pull up of my life, assisted with the thickest band in the room, of course! My 2017 goal was to complete 1 strict pull up, and thanks to coaching at PXM, I surpassed this goal within the first few months. This is just one of many goals met!
