I was sick & tired of being sick & tired! I was a former party girl/gogo dancer/alcoholic/drug addict & I wanted to change. I did a 21 day Paleo challenge & it came with at home CrossFit workouts. I did my first workout, got my ass kicked, fell in love with it & decided right then & there that this is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life.
Motivation & Passion
My motivation is to be the best athlete I can be because it helps me to be a better coach. I really love seeing people push through barriers inside of the gym because I know that means that it will help them push berriers outside of the gym!
